I was born and raised in Houma, Louisiana. I am married and have two adult children and one grandchild. I’ve worked in the dental field for over 30 years, gaining experience and expertise in patient care. I attended South Terrebonne High School and studied Office Systems Technology at L.E. Fletcher, which provided the skills necessary for my career.
Outside of work, I spend my time fishing, crafting, sewing, and quilting. Quilting is one of my favorite hobbies, as it allows me to express my love for design while working with my hands. Over the years I’ve created a variety of quilts, each one unique, and I find it to be both relaxing and rewarding. I also value time spent with my family, managing both my career and personal responsibilities.

Hi everyone! My name is Miranda, and I’m a full-time Expanded Duty Dental Assistant at Porche Dental Care. I’ve been in the dental field for over ten years. What I appreciate most about working at Porche Dental Care is the close-knit, family atmosphere. We prioritize strong relationships with our patients, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see them leave with a smile after every appointment. I’m honored to be a part of that experience!
I’m happily married to my husband, Devin, and we have two teenage sons, Talan and Gaige, who keep me busy with football, powerlifting, and track. Originally from Tennessee, I relocated to Louisiana in 2004. I also have three fur babies: Harli, Mia, and Beetle. In my spare time, I enjoy playing bingo and cooking for others, which is my way of showing love.

Hi, y’all! My name is Kayla, and I’m a full-time dental hygienist at Porche Dental Care. I’ve been a dental hygienist since 2010 and have worked alongside Dr. Porche since graduating. Although I was born in California, I’ve lived in Houma for most of my life. I attended Vandebilt Catholic High School, Nicholls State University, and completed my education at LSU Dental School.
I’ve been happily married to my husband Henry for 13 years, and we have two amazing children, Kenleigh and Henry IV. Our kids keep us busy with their involvement in just about every sport imaginable! When we’re not at the ballpark, we love hunting and cheering on LSU sports. I also enjoy going to the gym, especially since becoming a breast cancer survivor in 2020.
Houma is a close-knit community where everyone knows everyone, and that’s exactly the kind of atmosphere Porche Dental Care fosters. We make our patients feel like family, and that’s what I love most about working here. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing patients leave my operatory with a smile.

I have been a practicing dental hygienist for more than 30 years, and I truly love what I do. Dentistry has always been a big part of my life and family. My father was a dentist, my brother-in-law practices dentistry in Metairie, and my sister works as the office manager for another dental practice. You could say that a passion for dental care runs in my blood!
Originally from the vibrant city of New Orleans, I have called the Thibodaux area home for nearly 25 years. I love the sense of community here and the warm, welcoming people that make it such a special place to live and work.
I am married to a wonderful husband, and we have one son who is currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering at Louisiana Tech University. Watching him grow and work toward his dreams has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
