Dentistry is a great way to connect with people. The friendships that I’ve developed with my patients have taught me to appreciate the many different paths of life. We all go through different things in life that make us who we are, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to share in our patients' experiences.
Giving a person the confidence of a great smile can change the way they feel about themselves which, in turn, affects the people around them. I feel honored when a patient has the trust in me to help them with their dental needs, big or small, and there is nothing more rewarding than being able to provide great care for someone else.
I am a Houma native, graduated from Nicholls State University in 1999 and then from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2004. I’ve always appreciated the arts and wanted a career that allowed me to help people. Dentistry allows me to do both!
I believe in consistently enhancing my skills through continuing education so I can offer you the best care possible. This dedication to learning not only elevates the quality of care but also allows us to provide patients with more comfortable, time-saving procedures, such as same-day CEREC® crowns. I am driven to remain current so patients can trust that they are receiving the highest standard of care.
My wife Leah and I were high school sweethearts and recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. We’ve been blessed with two children: our daughter Carissa and our son Jordan. Of course, I can’t forget two important members of our family, Daisy the golden retriever and Roux, our yellow lab.
Most of my free time is spent with family, saltwater fishing, traveling, and watching LSU and New Orleans football. I also enjoy cooking, trying new foods and making homemade sausage!
